Get MSP Leads is a marketing engine an MSP installs on their own server. It grades what your marketing agency actually delivered each month, audits every page, measures whether AI assistants name you, and produces the content, social and outbound itself. It costs $10,000 once and you own it for life.
You pay them $60,000 a year and take their word for it.
Get MSP Leads is the instrument that tells you what your marketing agency actually did, grades it against the firms outranking you, and produces the work itself when you decide they are not earning it. Inbound and outbound, both halves.
You install it on your own server. It runs for life. You do not have to fire anyone to use it.
Real output, unedited, from a live 40-page managed IT website. Produced in under four minutes with no paid SEO tool connected.
The work is invisible, so you cannot manage it.
You run a helpdesk. You can tell a good engineer from a bad one inside a week, because tickets close or they do not.
Marketing gives you none of that. You get a deck of impressions and reach, a story about the algorithm, and a bill. Ask what changed on the website and nobody has a straight answer. Ask why you are still not showing up and you get a project plan.
You have heard all of these:
- "SEO is a long game."
- "We're building authority."
- "There was a Google update."
- "Your competitors have been at this longer."
- "We need more budget to see real movement."
- "That's in the roadmap for next quarter."
Every one of them might be true. That is exactly the problem. You have no way to tell.
Roughly seven in ten agency engagements produce nothing.
Not "underperform". Nothing. Around $60,000 spent over a year or two, close to zero leads worth calling, and then the owner switches to a different agency and starts the same clock again.
The other three in ten do work. Those land somewhere around $1,000 to $1,500 per real lead, which is a fair price for a client worth $30,000 a year.
The problem is that you cannot tell which one you are in until the money is gone. Both look identical for the first nine months.
| What you are buying | What it costs | What you end up holding |
|---|---|---|
| Agency, the 3 in 10 that work | $1,000 to $1,500 per real lead | Leads, for as long as you keep paying |
| Agency, the 7 in 10 that do not | ~$60,000 and a year | Nothing you can point at, and you start over |
| Google Ads | ~$2,500 per lead | A click you rent. Stop paying and it stops today |
| Outbound, run yourself with this | ~$200 a month, LinkedIn and email | An ICP list and sequences, about an hour a month |
| This engine | $10,000, once | An asset you own for life that produces and verifies both |
Four Google Ads leads. That is the whole price. Not four a month, four in total, and then the engine is yours and it keeps running.
More to the point, it tells you inside the first month which of those two engagements you are actually in, instead of inside the second year.
Those figures come from what MSP owners report when they count real conversations rather than form fills. Run your own numbers. If yours are better, you are in the three and you should keep the agency you have.
It tells you whether the SEO was actually done.
Point it at any page and it checks, item by item, whether the on-page work exists: title and meta lengths, one H1, heading structure, canonical, internal links, image alt text, content depth, and whether the page is even indexable. Then the AI-search layer: is there structured data, does it parse, is there a Service or LocalBusiness type, is there an answer block an assistant can lift, is there FAQ schema.
Each one comes back as a yes or a no against a specific URL. Not a score, not a health percentage. Nine pages have no structured data, and here are the nine.
Which means the next agency conversation is not a debate about strategy. It is a list, with URLs, and a question about when each one will be done.
You have been sold three versions of this. Two of them are wrong.
1. Learn it yourself. Two thousand a month for the guide, the course, the coaching call. Plenty of the material is good. You still run a managed IT company, and becoming a competent marketer is a second career, not a weekend. Buying skills you will use badly and infrequently is the most expensive option on this page.
2. Done with you. Ten thousand a year for a CRM, a website, a chatbot, and a templated outbound sequence, plus the meetup and the trip. The tell is that every MSP in the programme gets the same bundle, whether the constraint is traffic, conversion, close rate, or that nobody in their city has heard of them. Ask which part was chosen because of something specific about your business.
3. Done for you. An agency, or an internal hire. Someone whose actual job is the work, doing the work. This is the right answer, and most owners have already chosen it.
This engine is not a fourth option. It is what makes the third one safe.
Keep the agency or make the hire, then hold either one to a monthly scoreboard you control. You are not learning marketing. You are doing what you already do with every other vendor, which is checking the work.
AI search is real. The panic is being sold to you.
Buyers ask an assistant before they open Google, and if you are not named you never knew the conversation happened. That part is true. What followed is a $3,000 to $5,000 a month AEO line item on top of the SEO you already pay.
Three questions before you sign one. What is my baseline today? If they cannot answer, they cannot improve it either. What specifically will you do? The honest answer is schema, answer-first blocks, FAQ markup and entity consistency, which is real work and mostly finite. Can you guarantee a citation? Nobody can.
This measures share of voice across 25 fixed buyer prompts, month over month, does the schema work itself, and tells you plainly whether it was done.

- Perpetual licence. It does not expire and it does not phone home
- Installed on your own server, with your own credentials for every connected account
- Everything it produces is yours, including the files, the reports, and the baseline
- Use it for your own marketing and for your clients' marketing
| What it costs to run | Per month | |
|---|---|---|
| Claude subscription | $20 to $200 | Required. $20 covers audits and reports |
| Firecrawl | $20 | Required. Reads live pages and competitor results |
| VPS | $10 to $40 | Required, or a machine you already have |
| Search Console + GA4 | Free | Required, and free |
| Sending platform + contact data | $100 to $300 | Only if you run outbound |
| Ahrefs or Semrush | $100 to $500 | Optional. No report depends on one |
$50 to $260 a month to run it, before any optional keyword suite. We built the reports to work without one on purpose.
We put the running cost on the sales page rather than in the onboarding email. You are going to find out either way, and one of those two options is how you lose an MSP's trust permanently.
Run the audit on your own site first.
Free, about a minute, and it needs nothing but the address. You get the same technical and AI-readiness findings the paid engine produces on day one.
If your agency is doing the job, it will show. If it is not, you will know before you spend anything here.
Sold in cohorts, because every seat includes a live onboarding session and there is a limit to how many fit in a week.
Do I need to be technical?
You run an IT company. If your team can deploy software on a VPS and manage an API key, this is inside what you already do daily. Setup is one command and about twenty minutes of questions.
Does it publish on its own?
Only after you approve. Generation is automatic and publishing is automatic, but approval is not, and there is no switch to turn that off.
What happens after 12 months?
It keeps working exactly as it is, forever. Support and updates move to an hourly rate. No renewal, no subscription.
Will it get me to number one?
No, and anyone selling you that is overselling. It measures, it produces, and it shows change over time.
My agency has the Google Ads account. Can I still use it?
Yes. Export the search terms report as a CSV and it classifies every term and hands you the wasted-spend figure and the negative list. No API access needed.
